Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All orders of $50 or more ship for free. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $4.99. We currently ship within the United States only.
How long will it take to get my order?
- Processing Time: We ship fast! Orders are typically processed and packed within 1-2 business days.
- Delivery Time: Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes can only be made within 2 hours of purchase. Email us at hello@vessarajewelry.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to make changes.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states. International shipping is on our roadmap — follow us on Instagram @vessarajewelry to be the first to know when it's available.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition and original packaging. Sale items and final sale pieces are not eligible for return. To start a return, email us at hello@vessarajewelry.com with your order number.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Please email us at hello@vessarajewelry.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We'll make it right — a replacement or full refund, your choice.
What materials are Vessara pieces made of?
All Vessara pieces are made with 316 or 316L surgical-grade stainless steel, finished with an 18K gold PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating. This process creates a much more durable finish than traditional gold plating — resistant to fading, tarnishing, and everyday wear.
Is Vessara jewelry safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our selected pieces are made with surgical-grade stainless steel, which is hypoallergenic and nickel-safe for most people. If you have a known metal allergy, we recommend consulting with a dermatologist before wearing any new jewelry.
Can I wear Vessara jewelry in the shower or pool?
Stainless steel is significantly more water-resistant than gold-filled or plated alternatives, and occasional exposure is generally fine. However, for maximum longevity, we recommend rinsing your pieces with fresh water after contact with chlorine or saltwater, and drying them thoroughly. No jewelry is completely impervious to water and chemicals over time.
Will the gold color fade over time?
PVD coating is far more durable than traditional plating and resists fading significantly longer. With proper care — avoiding harsh chemicals, cleaning regularly, and storing correctly — your pieces can maintain their finish for years. See our full jewelry care guide for tips.

Vessara is based in Los Angeles CA. We ship to all 50 states from our fulfillment location within the United States.
Do you have a physical store?
